MySQL foreign Key problems

I'm trying to generate classes for nHibernate.

I'm running MyGen 1.3 with the default MySQL dll and I've tried a few different template. All of which work on another computer fine (but I did have to put an older driver 5.0.5 on that computer and it's running 1.2 MyGen).

One template I'm trying out, OHM 1.1, can't find any of the foreign keys. I've tried a few others with the same results. Only seems to happen with MySQL.

Any idea's? The user id has all the privileges it needs.
