Hello Ulrich Schumacher,

I looked for a long time for a ORM Mapping Tool and is discovered your Template. It`s great and it pleases me very well, I generates now my DataAccess Layers with usGDO and already began to insert some extensions.
If these run well and stably, I can present them to you times.

Greeting

Hi Walter,

I am curious to see your extensions, thanks for using usGDO!
Maybe you like my new tool Gen4DO too (www.gen4do.net). It's a stand alone c# code generator for data access.

I downloaded and checked out Gen4DO, nice job, looks like you're totally turned on to code generation like we are. Again, congrats on your new tool.

Thanks a lot Mike!

Yes, I think code generation of an easy and extensible architecture is the right way, as it fits in most projects and leads to a better structure of the application. This is in contrast to the DataSet way that often leads to a monolithic application architecture and then, some months later, to a maintenance nightmare ;-).
