Little Fish Software Template Question-NULL in an Int Field

Postby ecurvello on Sun Oct 14, 2007 11:21 pm

I've used a Little Fish Software data access layer template and I'm trying to insert a NULL value in an Int Database field (sql server 2000) but I can't associate DBNull.Value in a property mapped to this field.

When I try to do this I receive this error:
Cannot implicitly convert type 'System.DBNull' to 'int'

How can I get this ?

Help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks

Which template is it?

Try leaving a message in the Template Library for that template. The author will receive an email and hopefully respond...

Sometimes it takes a while, but in the end if the author is unwilling or unable to support their work and no users jump in to assist, then I'm afraid it's up to you to work out the problem. I'm not trying to be rude here, it's just impractical for the MyGeneration staff to support all the user submissions. At some point either the author or the community (of people who use the templates) has to step up, or risk losing the audience.

Your other option is to choose a different set of templates that get better support.
