Can we make dynamic Query on the interface ?

I just start to use Mygeneration for my current project but i want

to populate the table row values in the comboBox by selecting the table .

i try it many time but i am getiing the eror evry time.so plz if anybidy know about it plzzzz tell me i will be thaknful.
