store files and settings per user instead of in Program File

it would be nice if MG stored your settings per user in your profile instead of globally in C:\\Program Files\\MyGeneration\\Settings

it would also be nice if templates you were changing would be somewhere more accessable, like adding additional template folders in your settings.

I like to keep my templates under source control, so it would be nice if I could tell MG to look for my personal templates under a folder somewhere under My Documents
