new features

I just read a post by justin.greenwood saying there was still time for new features and bug fixes, so I dug up these old posts of mine.

Its possible that I did something wrong or misunderstood how something was supposed to work, but I didn't get much response when I posted these the first time.

Are these items on the to be fixed list? or if I'm making a mistake, could you point out my error?
