Common ancestor for ITable and IColumn

If you put ITable and IColumn in the same inheritance hierarchy, the polymorphism would save some if statements in at least my template code.

I actually agree whole heartedly with this request.

Just having the interfaces with a common ancestor would definitely help with some of the things I've been doing too!
