New language and database mapping

Hi Mike & Justin,

I'm still in a different century, still working with VB60/VBA.

I made a lanuguage mapping for VB60 and a dbtarget mapping for ADODB (not .NET).

If you would like to include these in MyGen then I would be happy to send these mappings to you.

Let me know and I'll send them!
