    This is a simple template that creates a text description of a database. It lists tables, and for each table: - the columns, - primary keys, - foreign keys (in/out), - indexes, - and stored procedures that use the table. My network configuration prevents me using tools like Red Gate to compare dev and production databases, so instead I generate this report on both and compare the reports in WinMerge. Not pretty, but it works :) The report is also useful when modifying a table because it tells use what stored procedures need to be checked as well.
